They can be bought from traditional and online stores and are available almost anywhere.

 

Another method that is used to whiten teeth at home is to avoid food and other lifestyle habits that can discolor the teeth. These includes smoking tobacco or cigarettes, drinking red or white wine, tea or coffee and eating dark berries such as cranberries. Avoiding these eating and lifestyle habits is the key to maintaining the natural whiteness of your teeth. Eating the right kinds of fruits and vegetables can contribute to a natural teeth whitening process. These include celery, apples, strawberries and pears.

 

Although you should continue to brush and floss your teeth at regular intervals daily, methods to whiten teeth at home is very important if you have been born with yellowish teeth, or have tainted them with foods and other substances because of unhealthy lifestyle. You can have a set of pearly white teeth that can impress anybody without the need of going to the dentist for a more expensive treatment. This will certainly increase your confidence when meeting other people.
